The Bavarian homestyle

It’s really unmistakable… I really like the architectural style of Bavarian homes. Going around those small towns makes you feel like time stood still, in a sort of Lord of the Rings set in Germany…!
What’s great is that it isn’t hard to find houses like this… it’s possible to find at least a few of these houses in every town, no matter how small, in practically all of Bavaria. My favorites are the ones with paintings representing various themes (fairy tales, Christianity, etc) on the walls.
