Study abroad in South America

Spanish School in Buenos Aires
Last week was talking with a good friend of mine that is living abroad, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He made a very important decision some years ago, when he married a beautiful girl he met while traveling in South America. He often asks me to go visit him, and since I have a young son I’ve started to looking for courses to study abroad South America. Being a freelance journalist, I could visit my friend and at same time have my son learn a new useful language in one of the best Spanish school Buenos Aires .

Spanish indeed is becoming one of the most spread language of the planet, and when my son asked me “Why is it important to learn Spanish?” I did a quick research on the web and discovered that Spanish is spoken by almost 400 million people worldwide, which is reason enough to learn the language. But it’s even more compelling when you realize that about half of the population in the Western Hemisphere speaks Spanish, making it the primary language for as many people as English in this region of the world.

You never know what will be your future, but surely knowing an extra language is a great bonus, both for your curriculum and for pleasure: because of this, I want to do with my son what my parents didn’t do with me, teach him a new language while he’s still young, since recent studies shown that this is the best moment to learn a foreign language.

Today decided to take a small walk in a public garden nearby, since was a very good day, sunny and warm considering the autumnal season. I started to look around me, the nature and its small details, so I decided to take some closeup pictures of small plants, like the ivy and the pine cone below:

nowadays people doesn’t seem to be interested anymore in looking at the natureworks, at our world. I find this still a very important and also very relaxing activity to do while walking outside.

Lost in time…

Nearby “Passo Colla”, 1000m of height on sea level, past 4km of rough road you can find an old abandoned small village called “Dugara”. Some houses are completely broken, only the walls left with some ivy growing on them. Others are still in good conditions, only waiting for someone to come there and open their windows again, to gain a new life.

All around, nature and a weird silence. You can only hear the sound of a nearby water fountain. Some birds, the wind that moves leaves. Apart for that nothing but silence.

The life goes on, and the bells of the small church located in village’s entrance are ready to sing again.
