I took this picture last autumn, while on a holiday trip in “Val di Taro”, a region of Italy nearby Liguria and Tuscany. I was outside walking in a wood nearby my hotel, and forgot about the time. All suddenly the sun went down and created for me this wonderful picture, which I promptly took with my digital camera, which I always carry it with me.
I’m really pleased about it and I consider one of my best pictures. I hope you’ll agree

I found those pictures in my archive, I almost forgot that I had them. I took them one summer day some years ago, while walking through a public park called “Parco Talon”, on the hills nearby my hometown, Bologna. It was late afternoon and the sun was going down quickly on the horizon. The pictures had some funny effects, I find them cool even if maybe you can think they’re crap
I took them in a hurry (better not stay in such places when is dark) but still managed to capture the magic moment, the sunset, one of my favourite natural events.

Yesterday I attended one of nature’s shows… a marvelous sunset. The shade of the branches and the leaves intersect in the golden shades of the clouds scattered in the sky, they almost seemed like patches of color put there at random by a great painter. I would like to have wings to fly through that sky, to understand its most hidden essence.
